A secondary building houses our Repair and Overhaul Facility. Jroberts is authorized by Mercedes-Benz Canada, to repair and overhaul Turret assemblies for the LUVW program for the Canadian Army. Both plants maintain strict controls and security for defense projects and are registered with the Controlled Goods Dictorate.

We are pleased to announce the addition of a new machine to our milling department lineup. We have acquired a Takumi V18 - 3 Axis, Vertical Machining Center with table capacity of 2000 mm X 800 mm, 2200 kg. (78.74”X 31.49” – 4850.2 lbs)
Axis travel is: X – 1800 mm, Y – 850 mm, Z – 750 mm. (X - 70.8, Y - 33.5”, Z – 29.5”)

Jroberts is pleased to announce the implementation of shop control software – streamlining workflow, including; estimating, quoting, order entry, scheduling, invoicing, and quality documents.

Performed the machining, fabrication and assembly of the worlds largest Hydraulophone ( a self cleaning, highly expressive musical keyboard water fountain) – Centerpiece of the Teluscape, an outdoor playground in front on the Ontario Science Center.
